Welcome to InventIO ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how BringIT by LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application InventIO (the "App").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

When you use InventIO, we may collect the following personal information:

Email Address: Collected when you sign in with Google to create and manage your account.
Full Name: Collected from your Google profile to personalize your experience.
Profile Information: Basic profile data from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile picture if provided by Google).

2.2 User-Generated Content

Photos: Images you upload of containers and items stored in the App.
Item and Container Data: Names, descriptions, and other details you enter about your items and containers.
QR Code Data: QR code information you scan or generate within the App.

2.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App:

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and app performance data.
Log Data: Information your device sends whenever you use our App, including IP address, browser type, and crash logs.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

Location data
Phone numbers
Contacts from your device
SMS or call logs
Microphone or camera access outside of intended features (photo upload)

Store and organize your containers and items
Display your personal inventory dashboard
Enable QR code scanning and generation

We use third-party services to operate our App:

Supabase: Backend database and file storage for your inventory data and photos. Supabase Privacy Policy
Google Sign-In: Authentication service to securely sign you in. Google Privacy Policy

4.2 What We Do NOT Do

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties
We do NOT share your data with advertisers (currently no ads in the App)
We do NOT allow other users to view your inventory unless you explicitly share it (feature not currently available)

5. Data Retention

5.1 Active Accounts

We retain your personal information and user-generated content as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide you with our services.

5.2 Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your account
After 30 days, all your personal information and user-generated content is permanently deleted from our servers
Backups may retain your data for an additional 30 days for disaster recovery purposes

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL
Secure Authentication: We use Google Sign-In, which implements industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocol
Access Controls: Limited access to personal information by our personnel
Secure Storage: Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

InventIO is NOT intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We primarily operate in:

Mexico
United States of America

If you are located outside these countries and choose to use the App, your information will be transferred to our servers in these locations. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
